Annual New River Valley Garden Tour 2026
Saturday July 11th, 9am – 4pm
The Annual New River Valley Garden Tour showcases innovative, specialty and simply beautiful private gardens in the New River Valley each July. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library with the cooperation of the New River Valley Master Gardener Association and the Virginia Native Plant Society.
NRV Garden Tour Art Exhibit hosted by the Blacksburg Library : Paintings of 2025 New River Valley Garden Tour will be on display from May 2026 until August 2026
Tickets $20 on sale from June 1 2026 Purchase tickets online (below), at public libraries in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Floyd, and Shawsville or at any of the gardens on the day of the tour.
Gardens will have plein air artists and musicians, see individual gardens for details. Participating musicians & artists times/locations are subject to change without notice.
There will be a painted rain barrel for a raffle with the proceeds going to the library. This is at the [Co] Coble garden. The Master Gardeners’ plant clinic is also at the [Co] Coble garden.
